该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、 负责小批量到量产过程产品的交付及良率提升工作； 2、 负责小批量到量产过程产品技术问题的解决，整合并协调各部门实施技术改进工作 3、与跨部门团队协作共同制定及跟踪各个项目计划实施； 4、收集及分析硅片/硅材料加工良率降低的数据，并与相关部门协作，共同提供解决方案； 5、定期组织良率会议以及积极推进各项目的实施。 岗位要求： 1. 本科学历，工程、材料、物理、化学或其他相关专业。 2. 2年以上晶圆制造或相关半导体领域的PE或PIE工作经验 3. 熟悉YMS/DMS/SPC/FDC/MES。 4. 熟练应用QC7大手法分析问题 5. 熟练使用Office等办公软件，能高效制作PPT。 6. 具备高效的部门协调能力及沟通能力 7. 技术思维逻辑清晰
