该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities: ＞S&OP Process Management:

• Lead the end-to-end construction and operation of the S&OP process, establish monthly and weekly S&OP review process.
• Implement closed-loop management of the whole process including demand review, capacity evaluation, resource matching, risk prediction.
• Continuously optimize S&OP process to improve the accuracy and response efficiency of supply chain planning. ＞销售与运营计划（S&OP）流程管理：
• 主导 S&OP 端到端流程搭建与落地运行，建立月度、周度 S&OP 评审机制。
• 实现全流程闭环管理，涵盖需求评审、产能评估、资源匹配、风险预判等环节。
• 持续优化 S&OP 流程，提升供应链计划的精准度与响应效率。 ＞Planning Team Management:
• Take charge of the daily management of the material planning team(Buyer team) and production planning team, including team building, personnel division, performance evaluation and skill training.
• Overall manage the whole material planning process, including material inventory strategy, purchasing forecast and order management, full kitting control and E&O stock control.
• Overall manage the whole production planning process, formulate master production plans and monthly/weekly/daily production schedules based on sales orders and forecast, production capacity and material arrival status, and ensure the production plan is implementable. ＞计划团队管理：
• 负责物料计划团队（执行采购）与生产计划团队的日常管理，包含团队建设、人员分工、绩效考评及技能培训。
• 统筹全物料计划流程管理，涵盖物料库存策略、采购预测与订单管理、齐套管控以及呆滞 / 过剩库存管控。
• 统筹全生产计划流程管理，依据销售订单、预测、产能及物料到料情况制定主生产计划与月 / 周 / 日生产排程，保障生产计划可落地执行。 ＞Supply Chain Delivery System Optimization:
• Build a standardized and digital supply chain delivery system, sort out the full-link process of planning, stocking and delivery, identify process pain points and inefficient links, and continuously promote process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Control core supply chain indicators(KPIs), including on-time delivery rate, plan achievement rate, inventory turnover rate, material full kitting rate, etc., continuously improve supply chain delivery capacity and operation quality. ＞供应链交付体系优化：
• 搭建标准化、数字化的供应链交付体系，梳理计划、备货、交付全链路流程，识别流程痛点与低效环节，持续推进流程改善与效能提升。
• 管控供应链核心指标（KPI），包含准时交付率、计划达成率、库存周转率、物料齐套率等，持续提升供应链交付能力与运营质量。 Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields is preferred.
• 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、工商管理、工业工程等相关专业优先。
• More than 8 years of working experience in manufacturing supply chain planning, more than 3 years of experience in S&OP process construction and team management, familiar with the whole process of material planning and production planning in manufacturing enterprises.
• 8年以上制造业供应链计划工作经验，熟悉S&OP流程，物料计划，生产计划管理，3年以上S&OP管理和团队管理经验。
• Proficient in the operation logic of S&OP system, skilled in demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory management, production scheduling and material control.
• 精通 S&OP 系统运行逻辑，熟练开展需求预测、产能规划、库存管理、生产排程及物料管控工作。
• Familiar with ERP, MES, SRM/CRM or other supply chain management systems.
• 熟悉 ERP、MES、SRM/CRM 等供应链管理系统。
• Familiar with lean knowhow, KANBAN application is required, Milkrun and PFEP is preferred.
• 掌握精益生产专业方法，要求能够运用看板（KANBAN）；懂循环取货（Milkrun）、PFEP 优先。
• CSCP, CPSM, CPIM is preferred.
• CSCP、CPSM、CPIM 证书者优先。
• English can be used as a working language
• 英语为工作语言。
