Planning Transformation Manager

• Conduct fit-for-use evaluation on industry best practices to build a world-class IBP planning for ELN China as well as to get ready for roll-out to other CBUs within Danone.
• Drive the implementation of Allocation Centre (planning tools) under Vista Project, covering aspects such as DRP module (phase I), regional forecast and further leveraging consumer insights with D2C (phase II).
• Lead Local-for-Global projects, such as trade flow model and DeepForecast rollouts.

Job Requirement

• Strong track records and experience in IBP process as well as project management
• Experience of business and operations processes in complex environment.
• Leadership to drive alignment and action plans with continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively deliver information, and control project scope.
• Digital savvy.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and operations.
• Experience in multinational FMCG or consultant company. Fluent English in both written and writing.
• Master of project management.
• Knowledge of supply chain and operations processes.
