该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 根据销售订单与需求预测，制定并执行主生产计划与物料需求计划，确保订单交付率不低于95% 2. 负责原材料、在制品及成品的日常库存管理与监控，将库存周转天数控制在行业优秀水平 3. 持续优化生产排程与物料齐套流程，推动生产效率提升，目标实现年人均产值增长10% 4. 熟练操作ERP与MES系统，确保生产数据准确录入与实时更新，系统数据准确率达99% 5. 探索并应用AI工具辅助需求预测、智能排产，提升计划精准度与工作效率20%以上 任职要求： 1. 2026届或应届毕业生，工业工程、物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业硕士及以上学历 2. 具备优秀的数据分析与逻辑思维能力，熟练使用Excel等办公软件进行数据处理 3. 对ERP、MES等生产管理系统有浓厚兴趣，具备快速学习与应用新系统的能力 4. 工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神 5. 对智能制造、AI在供应链中的应用有基本认知或实践经历者优先
