- 持有副學士 / 文憑或以上學歷，或中學會考 / 文憑 5 科達第 2 級或以上 (包括中、英、數)
- 主動、耐心、負責，具備獨立工作能力
- 良好的溝通、協調及團隊合作能力
- 具備活動策劃與計劃管理經驗
- 中英文表達及書寫能力良好
- 熟悉中英文電腦操作 (Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
- 有長者服務經驗者優先
- 策劃及推廣健康促進活動，推動認知障礙預防策略
- 設計並主持早期輕度認知障礙者的訓練課程
- 使用篩查工具進行身體和認知評估，制定健康管理計劃
- 協助中心日常運作、財務及行政事務
- 每週工作 44 小時，需輪值星期六，並按需要調整工作時間
- 合約期滿且表現良好，會獲約滿酬金
- 工作地點：天后大坑
