- 持輔導學、心理學、社會工作或相關學科副學士、文憑或以上學歷者優先考慮
- 具精神健康服務、輔導熱線、客戶服務、社會服務或相關工作經驗者優先考慮
- 對精神健康工作有熱誠，具良好溝通及聆聽技巧
- 能以流利廣東話溝通，具基本中英文書寫能力
- 熟悉中英文輸入法及基本電腦操作
- 具責任感、同理心及團隊合作精神
- 為精神健康支援熱線來電者提供即時情緒支援、輔導及危機介入
- 提供精神健康資訊、社區資源及服務轉介
- 需輪班工作，包括深宵更、週末及公眾假期
- 本會提供完善職前培訓及持續在職訓練、定期個案督導及專業支援
- 工作地點 ：(24小時服務) 油尖旺區
