What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容： 1、负责电机生产过程的质量监控，制定并执行关键工序的检验标准与作业指导书； 2、主导生产现场质量异常的分析与处理，运用8D报告等工具定位根本原因并推动闭环整改； 3、参与新产品导入（NPI）阶段的过程能力评估，优化工艺流程以提升产品一致性与良率； 4、定期开展制程巡检与审核，监督现场操作规范性，确保质量管理体系有效落地运行； 5、协同研发、生产及供应商部门，解决量产过程中的技术难题，持续降低质量成本。
任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化或电气专业，具备扎实的机械制造理论基础； 2、1年以上行业PQE经验，熟悉ISO9001体系及APQP、PPAP等五大工具； 3、熟悉SPC、MSA、FMEA等统计工具，能熟练运用Minitab等软件进行数据分析与改善。
