What they need
- 英文沟通流利。
- 行业10年以上工作经验，400G及以上产品有成功并量产的经历。
- 精通模拟数字电路设计。
- 精通各种光模块设计（NRZ, PAM4,Coherent 等等）
- 精通类光器件的使用，如Vcsel/FP/DFB/EML/硅光/PIN/APD/SOA 等等
- 精通SI/PI及小信号仿。精通PCB Layout 布线规则。
- 精通各种用于产品设计/问题分析所使用的工具及软件。
- 熟悉光路耦合，透镜设计，各类光纤特性，了解各类封装工艺，尤其COB,Flip chip.
- 熟悉行业标准/协议。
- 精通EMC设计。
- 有很强技术领导力及沟通能力，领导团队技术攻关并制定设计规范。
- 对于技术趋势，前沿领域及行业需求有自己的见解。
- 精通航空航天类设计规则及器件选型。
- 可以接受短期国外出差。
