The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines and related machine tools to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. • Machining flow chart development. Develop machining parts flow chart according to process defined. Maintain flow chart in case process change. 制作机加工产品工艺流程图, 跟踪生产工艺制定工艺路线图，在有工艺变更的情况下维护工艺路线图。
• Maintain SAP routing. Maintain SAP routing based on flow chart, maintain routing time according to standard procedure. 维护SAP工艺路线。，维护SAP系统工艺路径以及相应的工艺时间，跟据标准流程优化工艺时间，
• Samples Machining tools & fixtures requirement. Submit tools & fixtures demand according to sample manufacturing plan. 样品加工刀具&工装需求提出。跟据样品生产计划，及时提出工装及刀具的设计及采购需求。
• Sample following (fixtures states, tools states, machining states). Follow and confirm the states of the fixtures and tools needed of the samples, ensuring a smooth sample manufacturing, follow up sample machining progress. Communicate timely with related person and seeking solutions actively.

样品准备&生产进度跟踪（工装状态确认，刀具状态确认，生产进度确认）。确认样品生产所需工装及刀具的设计及采购状态，确保样品生产顺利进行，开在工装及刀具就位的情况下跟踪样品生产进度，及时沟通样品生产中的问题并积极寻求解决方案。

• Machining SOP and ESOP development.

Develop machining-related SOPs and ESOPs according to defined process, and organize training for the production staff to ensure they understand and properly follow them. 机加工生产标准作业指导书以及电子作业指导书制作。跟据既定工艺制标准作业指导书及电子作业指导书，组织生产人员培训确保他们理解并正确执行SOP及ESOP。

• PPS (production process specification) development. Develop standard production process specification according to defined process. Make production better understand and clearly follow defined process. 数控机床调试工艺单制作。跟据既定工艺编制调试工艺单， 帮助生产人员更好的理解既定工艺并执行既定工艺。 7.process improvement following. Follow up improvement project progress, ensure the project running properly and report progress state and push it move forward. Conduct verifications and collect statistic and report the results.

工艺改善跟踪。跟踪工艺改善项目， 确保改进项目顺利运行，推动项目进行并汇报项目进度。 指导项目验证并收集验证数据， 汇报验证结果。

• Support CNC programming for sample manufacturing as needed and follow up machining progress：provide programs and follow up CNC machining progress of samples manufacturing, ensure sample manufacturing smoothly and properly. 根据实际需求，为样品试制提供CNC编程支持以及跟踪样品加工过程: 编制样品生产加工程序，跟踪样品加工生产过程，确保样品生产顺利及正确进行。
• Other works assigned by process manager 工艺经理指派的其它工作。 NSIBILITY OF QUALITY AUSSRANCE AND EHS 质量保证和安全、健康、环境的职责：
• Non-Conformance Handling – Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions. 不合格品处理：调查质量问题，落实纠正措施。
• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment – Evaluate risks in machining processes (e.g., coolant exposure, metal chips, noise) and implement controls. 危险源识别与风险评估：评估机械加工过程中的风险（如切削液接触、金属碎屑、噪音等），并落实管控措施。 JOB SPECIFICATION / QUALIFICATION / EQUIPMENT / SKILLS职位要求/录用条件/操作技能
• Proficient in FANUC controller, understand macro program, good in G code programming. 精通法那科控制系统，懂宏程序，善于G代码编程（必须）。
• Knowledge of machining tools and fixtures.

具有机加工刀具及夹具的相关知识

• Be familiar with tolerance and fitting, understand geometry tolerance.

精通公差与配合，熟悉形位公差。

• Better deal with relationships, be able to have close cooperation with production and quality。 具备一定的协调能力，能够与生产部门及质量部紧密配合，确保工艺正确执行。
• English level: good in reading and writing, fluent in listening and speaking. 英文读写良好，听说流利。
