• Review the accuracy of technical documents for new products, including process technology documents, product technical specifications, and process standards. 审查新产品的工艺技术文件、产品技术规格、工艺标准等文件的正确性。
• Responsible for programming, optimization, and debugging of SMT production line equipment such as laser marking machines, pick-and-place machines, printers, and dispensing machines. 负责 SMT 生产线镭标机、贴片机、印刷机、点胶机程序编制、优化、调试。
• SMT related equipment software data management. SMT设备的基础数据管理.
• Support the production and equipment debugging of SMT in the NPI stage of new products, and summarize production issues. 支持新产品NPI阶段SMT的生产与设备调试，并对生产问题进行汇总。
• Responsible for the daily management of SMT stencil and tooling fixtures. 负责SMT钢网和工装治具的日常管理.
• Reflow Profile Measurement. 炉温测量.
• Humidity sensitive component control system management. 湿敏元器件的控制系统管理.
• Solder paste & Glue management software application. 锡膏&胶水管理软件应用.
• Daily maintenance of MES system data related to SMT production line. SMT产线相关MES系统后台数据的日常维护. Requirements 任职要求：
• College degree or above. 大专及以上学历。
• More than 2 years SMT related working experience which include solder paste printing, pick and place, re-flow. 2年以上SMT相关工作经验.
• Production technology knowledge of manufacturing processes which include DEK printer, ASM Siplace P&P, re-flow oven, ASYS conveyor & Stencil cleaning machine etc. 精通生产制造相关技术知识,如DEK印刷机、ASM Siplace贴片、回流焊、ASYS轨道和钢网清洗机等.
• Proficient in using PCB drawings, BOM, CAD coordinate files, mastering GERBER/coordinate data processing methods, proficient in using auxiliary software such as CAM350. 熟练使用 PCB 图纸、BOM、CAD坐标文件，掌握 GERBER / 坐标数据处理方法，熟练运用CAM350等辅助软件.
• Familiar with IPC 610/7525/7351standard knowledge. 熟悉 IPC 610/7525/7351等工艺标准。
