• Preparing technical documents for Tec Review by customer side
• Preparing welding process and cost estimation
• Preparing welding equipment layout and optimization
• Preparing welding feasibility analysis and suggestions
• Evaluate engineering changes in case of product design change
• Evaluate manufacturing cost for welding process
• Supporting product development team
• Supporting program development team
• Supporting manufacturing engineering team
• Implement temporary work assigned by Engineering Manager Skills (language, technical, computer etc.)
• Knowledge of cost structure
• Knowledge of process flow chart, GD&T, Project Management, Control Plan and FMEA
• Knowledge of material specification, welding process and welding fixture design
• Knowledge of different joining process like MAG/MIG/Spot/Projection/Laser welding/Riveting/Screwing
• MS-office, CAD software(UGII or CATIA)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
