该职位来源于猎聘 We are excited to announce a new open position as Procurement business architecture developer within Procurement Excellence and strategy. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and forward-thinking professional to join our digitalization team in China. Job Overview As a Procurement business architecture developer, you will play a key role in supporting the department’s core objectives, focusing on the end-to-end procurement process landscape, understand the interconnections between procurement systems (ERP, quality systems, BIs, etc), and define how business functions (Finance, Legal, Operations, IT) interact with these systems — ultimately designing the "To-Be" architecture and design the implementation plan. Key Responsibilities

• Digitalization Roadmap Development: Analyze the current procurement systems & process landscape ("As-Is"), identify gaps and missing connections, and develop a phased Procurement Digitalization Roadmap ("To-Be") aligned with business strategy.
• Shape and prepare for future TRATON digitalization landscape supporting the implementation and leading the related activities for architecture design, implementation, test and sign off.
• Business Architecture & Process Mapping: Document end-to-end processes and define business capabilities, process ownership, and data flows.
• Systems Interaction & Integration Mapping: Understand and document how Procurement systems (e.g., SAP, SAP analytics Cloud etc.) interconnect, including data exchange points with Finance, and Operations.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Procurement and outside (Finance, IT and Business Units) to capture requirements, resolve conflicts, and gain buy-in on architecture decisions.
• Solution Bridging: Translate business process & capability needs into functional requirements for IT/Solution Architects
• Change & Governance: Support change management by helping business users understand new processes/systems; maintain business architecture artefacts and ensure they stay current post-implementation.
• Drive procurement competence development, design and deliver training programs, coaching and support to build the professional capabilities of procurement teams, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Promote the digitalization of procurement visions, collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify digital tools and solutions, support the implementation and adoption of digital procurement systems, and continuously improve digitalization effectiveness. Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in procurement, business development, or related roles, with a focus on knowledge management, process improvement, or digitalization is preferred.
• Solid understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices; familiarity with procurement digital tools and systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, self-driven, flexible and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
