该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 在福维克，作为一名项目工程师，您将负责家电新产品开发项目的全面管理，涵盖从产品需求讨论、概念设计、功能实现、测试验证，直至最终量产的全过程。在此过程中，您将与德国及上海的产品经理和项目团队成员紧密协作。您的主要职责包括以下几个方面： a. 交付管理： a) 根据产品上市计划和福维克的产品开发流程，制定详细的产品开发时间表，并与德国的项目经理共同讨论并最终确定。 b) 依照福维克的产品开发流程，将开发工作包分配给各项目团队成员，跟进并确保每个工作包的按时完成。 c) 组织上海团队与德国团队成员之间的定期讨论会议（每日/每周），就开发过程中的技术议题进行探讨。 d) 若发现与计划存在重大偏差或进度风险，及时向上级汇报，并与团队成员共同商讨应对措施/行动计划。 b. 成本管理： a) 组织项目团队成员评估和讨论与材料成本、组装成本、投资、认证费用、样品成本和验证费用相关的成本，并与项目经理一起最终确定产品成本，直至成本被纳入产品规格书。 b) 跟进项目各阶段的成本状况，若实际成本超出产品规格书中的规定，向上级汇报并与项目团队成员商讨应对措施/行动计划。 c. 质量管理： a) 推动并跟踪关键质量相关工作包的进度和质量，例如零部件PPA、FMEA、测试用例、测试计划、质量保证概念等。 b) 针对开发阶段发现的质量问题，确保所有问题都指定了负责人，并跟进问题的解决进度。对于影响项目进度的重要/关键问题，立即向上级汇报，寻求额外资源，并组织专题会议进行讨论分析，以确保问题得到及时解决。 d. 风险管理： a) 在项目启动阶段，组织项目团队成员识别和评估产品开发过程中的风险，制定相应措施，并进行实时跟踪。在产品开发的不同阶段，对已识别的风险进行审查和重新评估，确保风险始终处于可控状态。 任职要求： a. 本科学历，机械或工程相关专业。 b. 具备娴熟的人际交往能力。 c. 出色的英语听、说、读、写能力。 d. 至少5年以上工作经验，3年以上项目管理经验。 e. 熟悉项目开发流程；拥有PMP授证者优先。 Job Description: At Vorwerk, as a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of household appliance new product development projects, from product requirements discussion to concept design and functional implementation, testing and verification, and finally mass production management. Throughout this process, you will closely collaborate with product manager and project team members in Germany as well as those in Shanghai. Your main responsibilities include the following:

• Delivery Management: a) Map out detailed product development timeline based on product launch plan and Vorwerk’s product development process, discuss and finalize it together with the project manager in Germany. b) Allocate development work packages to the respective project team members according to Vorwerk's product development process, follow up and ensure the timely completion of each work package. c) Organize regular discussion meetings (daily/weekly) between Shanghai team members and German team members to discuss technical topics during the development process. d) If significant deviations or progress risks are identified from the plan, report to the superior promptly and discuss the counter measures/action plan with team members.
• Cost Management: a) Organize project team members to evaluate and discuss costs related to material cost, assembly cost, investment, certification fees, sample cost, and verification cost, and ultimately finalize product costs together with project manager until cost is defined in the product specification. b) Follow up cost status at each stage of the project, and if actual costs exceed those defined in the product specification, report to the superior and discuss the counter measures/action plan with project team members.
• Quality Management: a) Drive and track the progress and quality of key quality-related work packages, such as Parts PPA, FMEA, test cases, test plans, quality assurance concept, etc. b) Regarding the quality issues found during development phase, ensure all the issues are assigned with responsible and follow up the issue-solving progress. For important/critical issues which affecting project progress, report immediately to the superior, find additional resources, and organize dedicated meetings for discussion and analysis to ensure timely resolution.
• Risk Management: a) At the start of the project, organize project team members to identify and evaluate risks in the product development process, develop corresponding measures, and track them in real-time. Review and reevaluate identified risks at different stages of product development to ensure risks remain manageable. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Mechanical or Engineering related area.
• Proficient in dealing with interpersonal relations.
• Excellent capabilities in all aspects of English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience and 3+ years of project management experience.
• Familiar with project development process; PMP knowledge is a plus.
