💼 工作内容 Responsibilities

1. Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes.
2. Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Take ownership of tasks and deliver results aligned with organization's goals, values, and objectives.
4. Manage scheduling meetings, preparing project documents, and maintaining records.
5. Track project progress, monitor milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
6. Prepare and share project updates, reports, and status summaries.
7. Identify potential risks related to project timelines and resources.
8. Manage in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
9. Consistent supervision and participation in performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure continuous project's growth and development.
10. Work with team members to align on project goals.
11. Provide support to team members to help resolve project challenges

🎯 任职要求 Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 3-5 year(s) of related work experience in PM field.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) , project management tools, and basic data analysis skills.
4. Proactive, eager to learn, able to adapt and learn quickly.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
6. Must be fluent in English and Chinese language (speaking, reading, writing) to liaise both internally and externally.
7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
8. Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
9. Hardworking and resilient, able to adapt to business travel and overtime
10. Experience in Semiconductor or Automation industries is very highly preferred.
11. Short notice period preferred (Immediate starters or candidates with 1-to-2-month notice).
