• Take ownership on the assigned projects and drive for expected standards and delivery on schedule 管理所负责的项目，确保项目的进度和质量
• Prioritize projects and properly allocate resources and time 区分项目优先级，适当分配资源和时间
• Forecast issues and challenges and get prepared with early planned countermeasures 预见问题和挑战，并提前规划应对方案
• Monitor project progression against each milestone and alert project team on concerns, risks, and issues 监督项目进度，就项目进展过程中的问题和风险向项目成员作出预警
• Ensure proper escalation of critical issues while proposing mitigation actions 关键问题及时上报，并建议相应的应对措施
• Acquire necessary resources to tackle the challenge and roadblocks to make sure the projects be on their tracks 争取必要的资源，克服项目开展过程当中的挑战和障碍，确保项目按计划进行
• Understand customer expectations and act with existing and potential customers in mind 了解客户的需求，开展业务要以客户和潜在客户为导向
• Build and sustain constructive and productive relations with both external and internal customers 与内部和外部客户建立和维护高效的、建设性的协作关系
• Encourage open dialogues to foster trust and collaborative commitment to deliver project results 鼓励开诚布公的沟通、促进信任和协作，以交付项目成果
• Improve commitment, collaboration and synergy among the project team members 提高项目成员的敬业和协作 Qualifications要求 /:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related fields 本科及以上，机械、电气、自动化、工业工程、项目管理等相关专业 2. 5+ years of experience in new product development / project management in the manufacturing industry.3. 3+ years of experience in the elevator, elevator components, automotive parts, or electromechanical industry is preferred 5年以上制造业新产品开发 / 项目管理经验,3年以上电梯、电梯零部件、汽车零部件或机电行业经验优先
• Familiar with the full new product development process: project initiation, prototyping, DV/PV, certification, PPAP, and SOP 熟悉新产品开发全流程：立项、样件、DV/PV、认证、PPAP、SOP
• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, ECN/ECO, 8D, and other related processes 熟悉 APQP、PPAP、DFMEA、PFMEA、ECN/ECO、8D 等流程
• Capable of independently managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and changes 能独立管理范围、进度、成本、质量、风险、变更
• Able to coordinate cross-functional resources including R&D, process engineering, quality, procurement, production, and suppliers 能协调研发、工艺、质量、采购、生产、供应商等跨部门资源。
• Able to drive project delivery according to milestones and SOP deadlines 能推动项目按里程碑和 SOP 节点交付
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; English can be used as a working language 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言
• Strong communication and coordination, organizational drive, and ability to work under pressure. Results-oriented with cost awareness, risk awareness, and customer service mindset 沟通协调、组织推动、抗压能力强。结果导向，具备成本意识、风险意识、客户服务意识
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ACP are preferred PMP、Prince2、ACP 等项目管理证书优先
