• Ensure timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality specifications
• 确保在范围、预算和质量规范内及时交付项目
• Develop comprehensive project plans for management and progress tracking
• 为管理和进度跟踪制定全面的项目计划
• Review/approve scope, contractors, and manufacturers to obtain quality deliverables at appropriate costs
• 审查/批准范围、承包商和制造商，以适当的成本获得高质量的交付成果
• Guide teams in implementing proper quality control procedures per relevant standards
• 指导团队根据相关标准实施适当的质量控制程序
• Manage project scope, schedule and cost changes using appropriate control techniques
• 使用适当的控制技术管理项目范围、进度和成本变更
• Monitor work permit compliance to ensure personnel and asset safety
• 监控工作许可证合规性，以确保人员和资产安全
• Track and compile project cash flow plans for Finance/Accounting to prevent payment delays
• 跟踪和编制财务/会计项目现金流计划，以防止付款延迟
• Review/approve technical contract terms; advise Legal and Procurement on other conditions to ensure comprehensive, balanced agreements and minimize disputes
• 审查/批准技术合同条款；就其他条件向法律和采购部门提供建议，以确保达成全面、平衡的协议并尽量减少争议
• Implement risk management to reduce project risks
• 实施风险管理以降低项目风险
• Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools; prepare project closure reports
• 使用适当的工具评估项目绩效；编制项目收尾报告
• Maintain project documentation and transfer to Maintenance/Operations teams for future use
• 维护项目文件，并移交给维护/运营团队以备将来使用
• Provide project management guidance and arrange relevant training to develop team/organizational capabilities
• 提供项目管理指导并安排相关培训，以发展团队/组织能力
• Support stakeholders with project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility details
• 为利益相关者提供项目范围、目标和技术可行性细节方面的支持
• Ensure compliance with company environmental and safety policies
• 确保遵守公司环境和安全政策 REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any Engineering field
• 任何工程领域的学士学位或更高学历
• 3–10-year experience of Pulp & Paper is must
• 拥有3-10年制浆造纸经验
• Project management experience
• 项目管理经验
• Leadership skills with data-driven decision-making
• 数据驱动决策的领导技能
• Strong technical engineering knowledge/project experience
• 强大的技术工程知识/项目经验
• Negotiation and communication skills (internal/external)

• Strong English proficiency (written/spoken)
