政府環保經理 (綠在區區/回收/設施管理) Project Manager (Waste Reduction/ Recycling/ Environment)

工作地點: 九龍灣

工作時間: 5天工作，星期一至五每天9小時 (09:00 - 18:00)

月薪: $40,000 - $47,000

要求：

1. 持學士學位（相關科學/工程/環境管理相關學科）

2. 7 年全職減廢/ 回收/ 廢棄物設施管理/ 回收合約管理/ 環境教育或相關環境領域，其中至少 2 年政府部門主管經驗，以及至少 4 年廢物回收合約管理工作經驗

3. HKDSE/HKCEE: 中文及英文 Lv3/C (接受CRE Lv 2)

職責：

1. 管理 GREEN@COMMUNITY 設施的合約並監督其運營，包括監督承包商遵守合約要求的情況以及審核設施運營商提交的文件。

2. 對 GREEN@COMMUNITY 設施及其相關活動/事件進行現場檢查，以進行合規性檢查。

3. 協助社區回收網絡的策略規劃和專案開發。

4. 調查並回覆有關社區回收網絡的公眾諮詢和投訴。

5. 準備並管理社區回收網路設施升級改造的合約。

6. 準備並更新與社區回收網路相關的文件、資訊說明、指南、簡報和其他必要資料。

7. 在管理合約時，與所有相關利害關係人聯絡，包括但不限於各政府部門、承包商和物業管理部門。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (relevant science, engineering, environmental management and technology, or equivalent)

2. 7 years’ relevant full-time working experience in waste reduction, waste recovery/recycling, waste facilities management, recycling contract management, environmental education, or related environmental domain, among which at least 2 years at a supervisory role in the Government and at least 4 years working experience in contract management on waste recovery/recycling

3. HKDSE/HKCEE: Chinese & English Lv3/C (CRE Lv2 acceptable)

Responsibilities:

1. To manage the contract and monitor the operation of the GREEN@COMMUNITY facilities, including monitoring contractors’ compliance with contract requirements and vetting submissions of the facility operators

2. To perform a supervisory role in site inspections to the GREEN@COMMUNITY facilities, and their related events/activities for compliance check3. To assist in strategic planning and programme development of community recycling network

3. To investigate and provide responses to public enquiries and complaints concerning community recycling network

4. To prepare and manage the contracts of facilities enhancement for community recycling network

5. To prepare and update papers, information notes, guidelines, presentation decks and other necessary materials in relation to the community recycling network

6. To liaise with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to different Government departments, contractors and property management office when managing the contracts
