JOB SCOPE / (工作职责) :

• To market new projects or sub-sales / existing properties / 推广新项目或二手房 / 现有房产
• To introduce or propose investment opportunities to clients / 向客户介绍或推荐投资机会
• To consult and assist clients for the process of selling/ purchasing properties /协助客户完成房产买卖交易
• Negotiate and deal with all parties involved in sale and rental of properties / 负责与各方进行洽谈与协调并处理房产买卖及租赁事务
• To provide excellent sales and customer service / 提供卓越的销售和客户服务
• Follow up with buyer and seller, close the deal / 跟进买家与卖家，促成交易

JOB REQUIREMENTS / 工作基本要求 :

• Must possess at least Secondary School (SPM / “O” Level) / 需具备至少中学学历 (SPM / “O” Level)
• Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply / 欢迎应届毕业生 / 初级求职者申请
