- 具社會福利工作經驗或修畢朋輩輔導課程優先考慮
- 具良好溝通及基本書寫能力
職責 :
- 透過探訪、電話、個別陪伴、協助帶領小組並協助推行社區教育活動，從中分享個人的自我/照顧經驗，支援殘疾/特殊需要人士和他們的照顧者，以及促進社區對他們的認識與接納
- 需輪班及按服務需要於非辦公時間出勤工作
- 工作地點 : (日間服務) 東區或灣仔 - 殘疾人士地區支援中心
