What they need
工作职责
- 芯片架构设计
- 主导定制芯片项目的从0到1架构设计
- 构建包含计算单元、存储架构、互连总线的系统级芯片框架
- 制定PPA（性能/功耗/面积）平衡策略，牵头组织完成芯片规划 2. 跨领域技术整合
- 组建跨部门、跨领域的系统架构师团队，基于规范化的开发流程，完成设计任务并输出架构设计文档
- 负责牵头组织芯片产品的需求评估和分解，制定产品功能规格列表，完成芯片产品及软硬件系统的整体架构设计。 3. 技术攻关 负责组织技术难题的攻关，推动技术问题的解决
任职要求
- 学历：微电子/计算机架构/通信工程专业硕士及以上 2. 经验：10+年行业经验，3+年架构设计经验 3. 知识体系：深入理解Arm/X86/RISC-V体系架构 4. 有研发细分领域（软硬件）架构设计经验或AI加速器（NPU/TPU）架构设计经验 5. 有芯片项目成功经验
