- 須具營養學深造文憑或營養學學士學位或同等學歷，具評估、制定及執行與營養師相關工作經驗；具長者外展或社區服務工作經驗可獲優先考慮
- 主要負責為吞嚥風險長者進行營養評估及膳食管理，提供個人化營養建議、軟餐及餐膳質地調整指導；透過家訪、營養教育、及工作坊等支援長者及照顧者；並與言語治療師及跨專業團隊協作，制定綜合教育性及預防性方案及跟進服務成效
- 良好溝通及協作能力、能獨立工作及團隊合作精神
