采购工程师Purchasing Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.带领材料采购团队的采购活动正常进行Lead materials purchasing team activity on the rails. 2.日常事务紧急情况及问题的处理Deal with daily critical case & problem solving. 3.制定、执行成本降低计划Set down & implement cost reduction plan. 4.制定、执行和调整适当的采购政策及程序Set down, impleme, adjust proper purchasing policy ,procedure. 5.供应商管理及关系的维护Supplier management ; relationship maintenance. 6.供应商年度合同的谈判Supplier annual contract negotiation. 7.供应商开发及加快材料国产化进程Supplier developing ; materials localization speed up. 8.参与客户、内外部审核及对供应商定期审核Involve customers / internal / external audit and supplier periodic audit. 9.协助计划控制库存Support planning on inventory control. 10.其它安排的工作事项Other tasks or duties as assigned. 任职要求： 1.大专以上学历，至少3年采购经验及College or above, 3 years purchasing. 2.有在汽车/汽车零部件跨国企业工作经验者优先考虑 In the automotive/automotive component foreign companies working experience is preferred. 3.良好的英语听说读写能力Good English skills on listening, speaking, reading & writing. 4.良好的电脑操作能力及office软件应用Good computer operation ability & office skills. 5.良好的沟通、谈判能力Good communication & negotiation skills. 6.良好的分析和解决问题的能力Good problem analysis & solving ability. 7.良好的职业道德Good business ethics. 8.诚实、积极进取、有责任感及团队合作精神Sincerity, up-and-coming, responsibility sense and team-work spirit.
