Lead PVD process development for new plastic parts, including the whole process of pre-treatment, primer, PVD coating, and surface coating."

"优化现有PVD工艺参数，提升涂层附着力、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、颜色一致性及良品率。 Optimize existing PVD process parameters to enhance coating adhesion, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, color consistency, and yield rate."

"主导DOE实验，研究关键变量（如基材特性、底漆类型、真空度、电弧电流、气体流量、温度等）对涂层性能的影响。 Lead DOE (Design of Experiments) to study the impact of key variables (e.g., material properties, primer type, vacuum level, arc current, gas flow, temperature) on coating performance."

• 生产支持与维护：Production Support & Maintenance:

"为量产线提供技术支持，监控PVD设备的日常运行状态，确保工艺稳定。 Provide technical support to mass production lines, monitor the daily operation status of PVD equipment, and ensure process stability"

"制定和更新PVD工艺作业指导书、标准操作规程和维护保养计划。 Develop and update PVD process work instructions, standard operating procedures, and preventive maintenance plans."

"快速响应并解决生产中的涂层缺陷问题（如色差、麻点、脱膜、附着力不良、针孔等）， 分析生产数据并找到问题的根本原因，预防潜在问题发生。 Respond promptly to solve coating defects in production (e.g., color deviation, pitting, peeling, poor adhesion, pinholes). Analyze production data and find root cause to prevent potential problems."

"参与客户投诉相关的技术分析。 Participate in technical analysis related to customer complaints。"
