该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责: 1. 负责研发数据智能平台的架构设计、后端开发与⽇常维护 2. 对接 ELN 数据库，完成数据同步、清洗与聚合，为推荐引擎提供结构化数据底座 3. 后端 API 开发（Python 框架），为推荐引擎和前端提供数据查询、结果存储、报告渲染等服务 任职要求： 本科及以上，计算机/软件相关专业 3 年以上 Python 后端开发经验（FastAPI / Django / Flask 等），熟悉管理系统的权限设计，有过企业级⼯业软件的相关开 发经验。 熟悉 PostgreSQL 或 MySQL 加分项：有制造业/化⼯⾏业信息化经验；了解 Dify，langchain等Agent框架
