职位概述 – 质量工程师

作为金晶的质量工程师，您将负责产品质量控制与保证，提升制程稳定性，并推动制造过程中的持续改善工作。该全职岗位位于马来西亚吉打州居林，您将加入一个充满活力且以质量为核心的团队，共同提升产品与流程表现。

工作职责

1. 负责检验团队运营管理，包括人力规划、排班安排、绩效管理及人员培训。
2. 负责检验设备、计量器具及化学试剂的管理，确保其符合要求、正常可用及安全运行。
3. 制定、实施并维护检验作业SOP、质量标准、控制计划及相关质量文件。
4. 监督来料、制程及出货检验，确保产品质量稳定并满足客户要求。
5. 负责质量数据分析、质量追溯系统管理，并推动持续质量改善。
6. 负责质量问题调查分析，推动纠正与预防措施落实，并维护质量记录。
7. 通过培训、稽核及持续监督，确保现场安全管理及5S制度有效执行。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，质量管理、工程类或相关专业，具有2–5年制造业质量工作经验，有玻璃行业经验者优先。
2. 熟悉ISO 9001等质量管理体系，能够编制质量标准、控制计划、检验规范及相关质量文件。
3. 具备良好的数据分析及问题解决能力，能够开展根因分析并推动纠正与预防措施落实。
4. 具备来料、制程及出货质量管理经验，并能支持客户投诉处理及质量改善活动。
5. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，具备良好的沟通协调及跨部门协作能力。
6. 具备良好的安全意识，熟悉实验室安全、化学品管理及5S管理要求；具备中文沟通能力者优先，欢迎应届毕业生申请。

Job Summary – Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer at JINJING TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for product quality control and assurance, improving process stability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in Kulim, Kedah, and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, quality-focused team dedicated to enhancing product and process performance.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Lead inspection team operations, including manpower planning, shift scheduling, performance management, and staff training.
2. Manage inspection equipment, measuring instruments, and chemical reagents to ensure compliance, availability, and safe operation.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain inspection SOPs, quality standards, control plans, and related documentation.
4. Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure product quality and customer requirements are consistently met.
5. Analyze quality data, manage traceability systems, and drive continuous quality improvement.
6. Investigate quality issues, implement corrective/preventive actions, and maintain quality records.
7. Ensure workplace safety and 5S compliance through training, audits, and continuous monitoring.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields, with 2–5 years of manufacturing quality experience; glass industry experience is preferred.
2. Familiar with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems, with the ability to prepare quality standards, control plans, inspection procedures, and related documents.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
4. Experience in incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control, customer complaint handling, and quality improvement activities.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
6. Strong safety awareness and knowledge of laboratory safety, chemical management, and 5S practices. Chinese proficiency will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
