该职位来源于猎聘 1. 负责QC实验室日常检测排程，保障原辅料、中控IPC、成品、稳定性、清洁验证样品按期检测、合规放行。 2. 负责人员排班、新人带教、定期组织GMP、数据完整性、仪器实操。 3. 实验室全要素管控：仪器台账、校准/预防性维护、标准品/对照品/试剂管理、试剂废液危废、实验室5S、安全、环境温湿度监控。 4. 梳理、修订、优化检验SOP、质量标准、记录模板，持续提升检测效率、降低差错率。 5.组织起草方案、组织实验、复核报告，支撑工艺验证、注册申报资料撰写。 6.全流程复核检验原始记录、检验报告书，严格落实ALCOA+数据完整性，杜绝记录缺陷、数据篡改风险
