QC Inspector

主要职责Principal accountabilities/Main tasks :

• 确保从进料到出货阶段的所有产品能够符合客户标准和要求；

Ensure that all products from the feeding to the shipping stage meet customer standards and requirements.

• 监控过程检验稳定性及异常反馈改善跟踪；

Monitoring process inspection stability and abnormal feedback improvement tracking.

• 指出不合格和HOLD住下一制程的产品并追踪每一个区域的状况（包括HSF有害物质不合格）；

Identify non-conforming and HOLD products for the next process and track the status of each area (including HSF hazardous substance non-conforming).

• 产品出现批量不良时，IPQC有权对所负责区域的产品进行停线；

When there is a batch of defective products, IPQC has the right to stop the production of products in the responsible area.

• NPI样品检验跟踪；

NPI sample inspection tracking；

• 内部检验记录和文件按要求归档

Internal inspection records and documents shall be archived as required.

• 客户对成品有XRF检测要求时，FQC收集产品递交IQC ；

When customers have XRF testing requirements for finished products, FQC collects products and submits them to IQC.

• 5S现场管理；

5S on-site management.

• 检验异常处理；

Abnormal handling during inspection.

• 改善现场检验质量工作；

Improve on-site inspection quality work.

• 提供合理化建议关于改善生产质量控制流程

Provide reasonable suggestions on improving the detection rate of appearance abnormalities

• 改善质量服务工作

Improve quality service work

• 改善在线质量控制人员的工作质量；

Improve the work Quality of online quality control personnel

• 与生产部人员的协作，共同改善产品质量；

Collaborate with production department personnel to jointly improve product quality.

• 与本部门人员的协作，时刻沟通质量问题，共同改善产品质量；

Collaborate with personnel in our department, constantly communicate quality issues, and work together to improve product quality

• 完成质量工程师分配的其他工作；

Complete other tasks assigned by the quality engineer.
