该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.组织并参与商业化/工艺验证项目生产相关的分析检测及相关活动的管理和监督，确保所有相关操作和行为及其文件/记录符合公司质量体系和现行cGMP法规要求，并确保数据完整性； 2.负责组织和管理QC实验室各项业务职能工作流程/规程的建立和优化/简化，持续提高部门执行力和工作效率。 任职要求： 1.本科学历，具有2-3年及以上（或硕士学历，具有1年及以上）在制药、生物技术或CRO/CDMO公司的QC实验室工作经验 2. 有实验室troubleshooting 能力，了解OOS 等调查流程，英语读写能力，熟练掌握实验室HPLC GC使用，熟练应用Empower 软件，有核酸背景的优先。
