该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、新产品试产现场跟进、质量管控、问题点改善； 2、量产产品制程异常处理，进行品质异常分析、改善提升； 3、制定产品制程检验标准以及相关的作业指导书； 4、员工培训、指导外协厂的品质改善，分析与改良不良材料； 5、负责处理客诉，主导品质会议检讨，8D改善报告回复客户。 任职要求： 1、本科或以上学历，电子/机械类专业； 2、5年以上精密制药设备仪器质量管控工作经验，熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法； 3、沟通表达良好，工作踏实认真，具有责任心，执行力强。
