该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 处理客户投诉，制定整改方案并跟踪实施效果，客诉闭环率需达95%以上
- 负责售后服务质量，准确传达客户项目质量需求，客户满意度保持在90分以上
- 建立与维护ISO9001等质量管理体系，每年完成2次以上内审和1次外审
- 运用8D/SPC/FMEA工具优化工艺，实现月度不良率降低0.5%的目标
- 参与新品开发质量策划，确保项目开发阶段质量问题解决率100%
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，机械/金属材料/质量管理专业优先
2.3年以上QE工作经验，持有ISO9001内审员证书
- 熟练使用Minitab等数据分析工具，具备8D报告编写能力
- 能独立应对客户审核，具有处理3个以上重大质量改善项目经验
