This role plays a key part in maintaining documentation, tracking inspection results, supporting compliance efforts, and coordinating communication between departments and external partners. • Documentation Management: Assist in preparing and maintaining QA documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance records, SOPs, and quality logs.

• Inspection Scheduling: Coordinate product inspection schedules with internal teams and third-party inspectors.

• KPI & Metric Tracking: Compile and track quality-related KPIs, metrics, and audit results.

• Supplier Quality Support: Support supplier quality assurance processes, including document collection, sample tracking, and feedback coordination.

• Compliance Filing: Manage databases and digital filing systems for certificates, test reports, and compliance documentation (e.g., CA65, REACH, etc.).

• Audits & CAPA: Assist with internal audits, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) tracking, and follow-up activities.

• Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers regarding missing or incorrect documents, corrective actions, or product changes.

• Team & Meeting Support: Help organize training materials, quality meetings, and team updates.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with other departments (Product Development, Supply Chain, Customer Service) on quality-related inquiries or escalations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 学历： 商务、质量管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in quality, production, or administrative support roles (consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain preferred).
• 经验： 1–3年质量、生产或行政支持岗位经验（消费品、制造或供应链行业优先）。
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QA systems is a plus.
• 技术技能： 熟练使用Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）；有质量管理系统经验者优先。
• Industry Standards: Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, AQL, etc.) and experience coordinating with third-party inspection agencies (e.g., QIMA, SGS) is preferred.

• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
