该职位来源于猎聘 【技术驻场岗位】 【赛飞航空线缆：祝桥镇】 【需现场面试】 要求:3-5年QE制造业工作经验,航空业优先,能懂体系优先,不强制AS,可以是ISO体系。本科。英语能作为工作语言 主要工作内容:主要会做ME输出的验证,生产QRQC的跟踪,以及客户投诉行动项的跟进 JD如下供参考: Main Function Responsibilities and Activities/本职位的主要责任以及职能: Control the product realization process/生产实现程序的控制 Assure shipment of a product which meets the customer requirements, SHIP A PRODUCT FREE OF DEFECTS/确保产品的发货达到客户要求,确保无不合格品的输出 Assure the product-process control according to the customer and companyspecifications/根据客户与公司的规范确保产品工艺的管理控制 Define, monitor and evaluate the effectivity of quality plans and practices/监控评估质量方针及其付诸实践的效力。 Implementation and follow-up of the 10steps methodology/实施及跟进十步走方法论 Manage the corrective and preventive action process/管理纠正及预防措施的程序 Document and follow-up internal and external corrective actions/起草与跟进内部科和外部纠正措施。 Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions implemented/确认已实施练纠正措施的效力 Maintain the CA/PA system for internal and external quality /维护CA/PA体系以确保内部与外部质量。 Communicate with the external customer/与外部客户的沟通交流 To be the official contact with the customer regarding product quality issues/作为客户方关于质量问题的官方联系人 Validate and send answers to customer complaints/验证客户投诉并作出反馈 Ensure that all analysis and action plans for customer, internal and external audits and any other CA/PA type are adequate to address the reported conditions/确保所有客户方,内部与外部部审核的分析以及行动计划,以及其他CA/PA类型都与汇报的情况相吻合。 Manage the transition/introduction of new products/管理新产品的流转及引入 Develop, implement and maintain the company FAl process to ensure failurfree transference and introduction of new product lines or processes/开发,实施与维护公司首件检验工艺以确保无不合格品的流转及新生产线或新工艺的引入。 Validation of new components and tools as required/根据需要,验证新的部件与工具 Manage the documentation and records control process/管理文件与记录的控制程序 Generate, review, implement and maintain IMS documentation of quality department, work instructions,formats etc/创建，评审，实施与维护质量部门IMS的文件，工作指导说明、表格等
