Job Description Key Responsibilities
- 设计及开发因子研究与策略回测平台
- 建设及维护市场数据、基本面数据和另类数据研究链路
- 开发 Alpha 信号并持续优化策略表现
- 进行回测分析、绩效归因及风险监控
- 提升研究流程自动化与可复现性
- 与产品及工程团队合作，推动研究成果落地
The Successful Applicant Requirements
- 2年以上量化研究或量化开发经验
- 熟练使用 Python（Pandas、NumPy）
- 熟悉因子研究、回测框架及策略评估流程
- 具备统计学、概率论或时间序列分析基础
- 熟悉 PostgreSQL、SQL Server 等关系型数据库
- 具备研究平台或数据工具链建设经验
