该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1.设计中性原⼦量⼦计算平台的量⼦纠错（QEC）⽅案设计与架构规划 研究并评估不同编码⽅案（SurfaceCode、LDPC、ColorCode等）在中性原⼦架构上的实现路径 2.设计syndrome提取电路、逻辑⽐特布局与调度策略 3.构建⾯向FTQC的逻辑层架构模型与资源估算框架 4.与编译与系统架构团队协作，优化QEC与硬件约束之间的映射关系 5.推动解码算法（GPU/HPC加速）与实时反馈机制的集成 任职要求 1.量⼦计算、理论物理、信息科学等相关专业 2.熟悉主流QEC编码及容错理论 3.理解逻辑⽐特构建、syndrome流程与解码算法 4.具备较强的抽象建模与系统级分析能⼒ 加分项 1.有中性原⼦或Rydberg平台相关研究经验 2.参与过FTQC架构设计或逻辑⻔实现研究 3.熟悉⾼性能解码算法或并⾏计算实现
