R&D Application & Test Engineer

• Understanding of textile machinery product and process
• Responsible for prototype assembly and testing
• Responsible for customer site troubleshooting
• Responsible for R&D report for improvement (report performance indicators of products, participation at root cause analysis, implementation of resulting measures and validation of its effect, participation at field test, writing reports etc. ) REQUIRMENTS:
• Bachelor degree and major in Mechanic / electric engineering
• Strong hands-on skills in mechanical assembly, prototype installation and testing.
• Strong machining troubleshooting skill
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English necessary because of international team setup
• Can accept business trip (60% in 1st year, 30% in next years )
