• Application layer software development and delivery for heat pump system (HVAC/thermal management) main controller (ECU/main control board).
• Model-Based Development (MBD): Building control strategy models, code generation and optimization using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow.
• AUTOSAR Classic Platform development: Designing and implementing application layer SWCs, defining RTE interfaces and integration.
• Adaptation, resource evaluation, and performance optimization (RAM/ROM/CPU, startup time, etc.) for the RH850 hardware platform.
• Implementation of heat pump control strategies: Compressor/inverter, electronic expansion valve, three-way valve, water pump, PTC, defrosting/de-icing, and energy optimization logic.
• Communication and diagnostics: CAN/LIN signal interfaces, UDS diagnostics, DTC/DEM, calibration interface (XCP/CCP).
• Requirements engineering and process: Requirements decomposition and bidirectional traceability, participating in reviews and issue closure.
• Testing and verification: MIL/SIL/HIL test plan and test case design, fault injection, regression testing, and coverage analysis.
• Collaboration with German team: Cross-regional version integration, issue localization, and technical communication. Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of practical development experience in Simulink
• Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow and Embedded Coder; mastery of modeling standards, code generation, and calibratable design.
• Familiar with AUTOSAR Classic architecture and toolchain (Vector DaVinci, EB tresos, or equivalent); experienced in SWC design, RTE interface definition, and BSW configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Renesas RH850; familiar with compilation/link optimization and debugging tools (GHS/IAR/Renesas, TRACE32, etc.).
• Skilled in CAN/LIN communication, UDS diagnostics, DTC/DEM, and XCP/CCP calibration; capable of maintaining and performing consistency checks on DBC/ARXML/A2L files.
• Proficient with configuration/requirements/defect management and -Familiar with basic static/dynamic analysis, unit testing, and integration testing methods.
• Good oral English, capable of using it as a working language for cross-border meetings, technical reviews, and documentation.
