工作内容
- 接待顾客，处理登记及预约安排
- 回复电话与 WhatsApp 咨询，跟进预约及提醒
- 处理收款、更新顾客资料及日常记录
- 与医生及门店团队配合，让顾客接待流程顺畅
我们希望你
- 沟通亲切、有礼貌，愿意主动帮助顾客
- 做事细心、有责任感，能处理日常前台事务
- 能以中文沟通
- 熟悉基本电脑操作
- 有前台、客服、零售或诊所经验者优先 (无经验也可以）
工作安排
- 地点：Sutera Utama, Johor
- 时间：星期一至六，11am–7pm
- 星期日 & Public Holiday 固定休息
