負責協助客人辦理入住和退房手續
解答客人之查詢和電話接駁等工作
有效地處理投訴
以及接待工作
入職資格
中三程度，无需经验；具酒店前台工作經驗者優先；熟練電腦操作；中英文書寫、口語溝通能力良好。
工作時間
實施輪班制，指定班次：07:30-16:30、14:30-23:30、23:00-08:00，每班包含45分鐘休息；每日標準工作8小時15分鐘，每星期工作不多於6天，每周總工時上限49.5小時。
