職責
- 協助總廚制定宴會或不同類型公司活動之餐單
- 協助總廚研發宴會不同類型的新菜式
- 協助管理宴會相關食材之庫存和補貨安排
- 有需要時協助員工餐廳運作
- 遵循食譜和指引烹調菜式，確保食物出品的一致性及達致良好水平
- 執行公司分配的相關職責和任務
- 於颱風等特別天氣情況下需維持員工餐廳營運，為前線同事提供膳食
要求
- 8年或以上不同種類中菜的廚房經驗
- 良好溝通技巧和人際關係，並能與不同部門協調
- 每天工作10小時，一星期六天工作，需輪班輪休
