- 協助物理治療師 / 職業治療師向護老院院友 / 中心會員推行各種小組及個人治療方案；
- 監督院友 / 會員進行由物理治療師 / 職業治療師編排的治療活動；
- 在活動進行期間確保院友 / 會員安全；
- 協助物理治療師 / 職業治療師設計、製作、維修及購買治療用品，包括各類輔助器具、保護手托及壓力衣等；
- 在物理治療師 / 職業治療師及單位負責人指導下，協助護老院 / 中心員工推行各項針對院友 / 會員的活動方案；
- 協助訓練院友 / 會員日常生活活動，以促進及保持院友 / 會員活動及認知能力。
