【岗位职责】 1、协助部门开展公募REITs项目承做及研究工作； 2、在部门指导下开展交易结构设计、现金流预测、相关法律文件撰写等辅助工作； 3、研究资产证券化相关的法律法规、会计和相应的监管规定； 4、部门相关路演工作支持。 【任职要求】 1、本科及以上在读学生，金融、会计、财务、法律等专业； 2、具有CPA资格或通过部分科目的优先； 3、具备良好的表达能力、人际沟通能力、解决问题的能力及团队合作精神。
职位薪资：
50-80/天
