这是最新的筛选需求 1.熟练掌握Kotlin/Java语言，掌握面向对象设计原则 2.理解Android系统架构、组件生命周期、UI渲染机制以及掌握常用库的(Retrofit/OkHttp/Room)等实现原理。 3.有MVI/MVVM等架构实战经验，熟悉Android Jetpack开发套件 4.熟悉Android性能优化技术，包括内存、布局、电量优化等 5.有大型应用架构设计或重构经验优先 6.具备App性能调优和复杂问题排查的实战能力，做业务开发，做小程序不行 简单列下简历粗筛的要求，可以做下参考哈. 1: 快速排除Flutter/RN为主技术栈的候选人 2: 快速略过全栈、IoT、SDK维护、车机背景的候选人 3: 优先有交易所Android原生开发经验的候选人 4: 优先有金融类App，有大厂原生App开发维护背景的候选人 5: 考虑纯Android开发，且技术好的候选人(根据简历判断，如有具体的性能优化案例，或有实时数据处理和优化（WebSocket）经验, etc..) 6. 有AI coding经验，若具备AI多端开发能力更好.
