店舖主任 Restaurant Supervisor
The role involves assisting the manager to ensure smooth store operations, acting as a communication bridge between all staff members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
協助經理管理整個店舖運作暢順，所有同事之間的溝通橋樑, 令到客人滿意服務等等
Key responsibilities
- Daily store operations 日常店舖運作
- Customer service 顧客服務
- Staff management and training 員工管理及培訓
- Quality and hygiene monitoring 品質及衛生監控
- Operations and sales 營運及銷售
About you
- 4 years or more work experience 工作經驗4年以上
- Fluent Cantonese and basic English 流利廣東話及基本英語
- Computer system operation knowledge 具備電腦系統操作知識
