機器人硬件系統研發工程師Robotic Hardware Engineer

1. Responsible for the overall architecture design, technical planning and full-cycle R&D management of robot hardware systems, including humanoid robot / collaborative robot joint hardware, motor drive, sensing system, power system, and structural hardware.
2. Lead the hardware R&D team to complete product definition, scheme demonstration, prototype development, performance verification, mass production iteration and technical risk control of robot hardware platforms.
3. Responsible for the selection and verification of core hardware components, including hollow cup motors, frameless torque motors, harmonic reducers, encoders, force sensors, battery packs and power management systems, to ensure optimal performance, cost and reliability balance.
4. Establish robot hardware R&D specifications, testing standards, reliability verification systems and mass production process systems, and continuously optimize product power density, control accuracy, heat dissipation performance and service life.
5. Cooperate with algorithm, software, mechanical structure and production teams to complete joint debugging of the whole machine, solve key hardware bottlenecks such as high dynamic response, low noise, high precision torque control and safe power supply protection.
6. Track the cutting-edge technology and industry development trends of humanoid robots and intelligent robots, formulate long-term technical routes, and promote technological iteration and product upgrading.
7. Responsible for team building, talent training, R&D progress management and cost control, ensuring efficient delivery of hardware projects and stable mass production.

Job Requirements

1. Master or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronic Engineering or related majors; more than 8–10 years of robot hardware R&D experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience in robot hardware system development.
2. Have in-depth systematic experience in humanoid robot / collaborative robot hardware overall solution, familiar with joint drive system, motor control, sensor application, battery power system and hardware reliability design.
3. Familiar with the principle and application of core components such as hollow cup motors, frameless motors, precision reducers, high-precision encoders and multi-dimensional force sensors, with rich component selection and verification experience.
4. Proficient in hardware circuit design, EMC optimization, thermal design, power system safety design and reliability verification, able to independently tackle key technical problems in high-precision and high-dynamic robot hardware systems.
5. Familiar with the whole process from product definition, prototype verification, small batch trial production to mass production, able to standardize R&D process and improve product yield and stability.
6. Have strong overall technical judgment, project management ability and cross-department collaboration ability, capable of leading medium and large hardware R&D teams to complete strategic product development.
7. Have good innovation awareness, rigorous technical logic, and rich experience in overcoming industry-hardened problems such as robot high-precision motion control, low power consumption and high power density integration.
8. Experience in well-known robot companies, intelligent equipment companies or top hardware R&D teams is preferred.
