Job Responsibilities 工作职责

• Follow up on customer orders 跟进客户订单
• Liaise with customers via WhatsApp/phone（需使用中文沟通）
• Coordinate with production team 与生产部门协调
• Handle walk-in customers 接待上门客户

Requirements 职位要求

• SPM / Diploma holders (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
