该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1.负责公司升学事业部的销售和管理工作,落实业务指标并制定策略达成业绩。 2.参与制定北京公司的年度销售计划、运营费用、内部利润指标等，组织开展绩效考核工作，促进达成业务指标。 3.带领团队积极开拓市场、渠道，了解客户需求, 完成新客增量指标。 4.培训、建设和管理高素质的升学销售&市场团队。 任职资格： 1.本科以上学历，至少五年以上留学教育行业销售/销售管理经验，可以承受较大工作压力。 2.具有很强的团队协作精神、战略及执行能力、逻辑思维能力以及优秀的沟通技巧，结果导向。 薪资待遇：20,000-35,000元/月, 13薪+绩效奖金
