What they need

- 維持店舖日常運作
- 店內產品銷售
- 透過電話、即時通訊軟件與客戶保持長遠及良好關係
- 協助達成公司定下的團隊銷售目標、個人KPI
- 貨場及倉存管理以確保存貨充足
- 整理貨物及保持店內清潔
Supervisor 店鋪主管 / Manager 店舖經理
- 維持店舖日常運作
- 管理同事日常工作
- 設定及達成公司定下的團隊銷售目標、個人KPI
- 定期設定及調整店鋪策略
- 簡報
- 有效控制店鋪成本
- 定期開會檢討及匯報店鋪業績 (與BUYER TEAM商討每季HOT ITEM / 來季入貨)
- 貨場及倉存管理以確保存貨充足
- 員工更表安排
工作要求:
- 流利廣東話、熟練的商業用普通話及英語
- １年或以上零售經驗會優先考慮（有時裝經驗更佳）
- 歡迎性格進取，抱有樂於學習心態者，經驗不拘
- 對時裝有基本認識
- 提供親善有禮的顧客服務
工作地點: 中環 / 金鐘 / 銅鑼灣 / 尖沙咀 / 圓方 / 沙田 / 東涌
