供应商开发工程师 SDE

该职位来源于猎聘 1.相关类目待开发新产品进行详细特性，确定新产品的开发指标； Detailed characteristics of new products to be developed in relevant categories, and determination of development parameters for new products;

• 辅导新供应商及新产品推进各类SOP建设，并执行外购件的APQP与PPAP流程；

Assist new suppliers and new products in implementing various SOPs, and execute APQP & PPAP for purchased components；

• 负责辅导供应商推动达成率提升及来料品质管理； Responsible for coaching suppliers to promote achievement rate improvement and output material quality management；
• 负责协助产品开发对新产品进行技术交流及外购品业务客诉协助处理。 Responsible for assisting product development, conducting technical exchanges for new products, and handling customer complaints related to purchasing products. 5.统筹完成项目全维度就绪筹备工作，保障项目稳步推进 Ensure full program flawless readiness to guarantee steady project progress. 知识要求

Knowledge Requirement

1、本科以上学历，工科背景优先；英文流利； Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background is preferred; Fluent in English.

• 5年以上供应商品质开发相关工作经验；具备跨国项目合作背景。 More than 5 years of experience in supplier quality development; having a background in cross-border project cooperation.

技能要求 Skill Requirement

• 质量体系与核心工具 | Quality Systems & Core Tools 了解ISO9001、IATF16949等质量管理体系，熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC的相关流程和要求。 Understand quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and be familiar with the relevant processes and requirements of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC. 4. 工艺技术与审核能力 | Process Technology & Auditing 熟悉冲压、机械加工等制造工艺，能够阅读技术图纸；具备供应商审核与评估技能。 Familiar with manufacturing processes such as stamping and machining, and able to read technical drawings; skilled in conducting supplier audits and assessments. 5. 问题分析与解决 | Problem-Solving Mindset 精通根本原因分析方法（如8D、鱼骨图），并能推动问题有效闭环。 Proficient in root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa) and capable of driving issues to effective closure. 6.软性技能与特质 | Soft Skills & Personal Attributes 沟通协作与谈判 | Communication, Collaboration & Negotiation 具备出色的跨部门、跨文化沟通与团队协作能力；拥有良好的商务谈判技巧。 Possess excellent cross-departmental, cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills; demonstrate strong business negotiation capabilities. 个人驱动力与职业素养 | Personal Drive & Professionalism 自我驱动、条理清晰，能独立精准管理多任务；执行力强，具备良好的成本控制意识。 Self-driven and structured, able to independently and precisely manage multiple tasks; strong execution ability with good cost control awareness.
