SEEL Quotation Engineer/报价工程师

How You’ll Make An Impact

• 负责SEEL供货范围内低压开关柜、中压开关柜、配电箱、变频柜、低压直流配电板、自动化控制柜、母线槽等产品及服务的报价工作

Responsible for preparing quotations for low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, distribution boards, variable frequency drive (VFD) cabinets, Blue drive plus C systems, automation control cabinets, busduct systems, and other products and services within SEEL's scope of supply.

• 完成项目所需物料及服务的询价、成本测算及商务评估工作

Review and analyze customer inquiry specifications. Prepare technical proposals, bills of materials (including components, enclosures, copper busbars, etc.), and other required documentation such as bidding qualification documents

• 与客户保持良好沟通，识别项目可行性以及风险，及时澄清询价及报价过程中的技术和商务问题，并建立和维护良好的客户关系

Conduct supplier inquiries, cost calculations, and commercial evaluations for materials and services required for project quotations

• 分析客户招标文件及询价技术要求，编制技术方案、材料清单（包括元器件、柜体、铜排等）及项目所需的其他文件（如投标资质文件等）

Communicate effectively with customers, identify project feasibility and relevant risks, and clarify technical and commercial requirements during the quotation process, while establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships

What You Bring

• 电气工程、电力系统、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历。

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Distribution Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline

• 具有低压及/或中压电气设备选型、报价及技术分析经验

Proven experience in low-voltage and/or medium-voltage equipment selection, quotation preparation, and technical analysis

• 熟悉西门子低压、中压配电及传动产品者优先

Familiarity with Siemens low-voltage, medium-voltage, and drive system products is preferred

• 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神、责任心和主人翁意识，工作细致严谨

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high sense of ownership, responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail

• 具有海洋工程及船舶行业经验者优先，熟悉船用低压/中压开关柜、传动系统及船级社认证要求者优先

Experience in the offshore and marine industry is highly preferred, particularly with marine low-voltage and medium-voltage switchboards, drive systems, and classification society certification requirements

• 具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，能够与海外客户及内部团队进行有效沟通并参与国际会议；熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件

Good command of English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively and participate in meetings with international stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
