Senior Accountant

该职位来源于猎聘 Tasks and Responsibilities 岗位职责: 1、负责HQ日常财务事项，包括但不限于应收、应付、总账、成本会计和税务 Overall responsible for HQ daily finance and accounting, including but not limited to, AR, AP, GL and Taxation. 2、负责子工厂日常财务事项，包括但不限于应收、应付、总账、成本会计和税务 Overall responsible for Sub-Plant daily finance and accounting, including but not limited to, AR, AP, GL and Taxation. 3、确保财务报表的及时准确提交 Ensure monthly reports submission timely and accurately.

4、负责HQ及子工厂年度预算及季度预算编制 Responsible for HQ & Sub-Plant annual budget and quarterly forecast. 5、负责HQ各部门费用预算控制，以及预算差异分析 Variance analysis for monthly expenditure with Budget and forecast. 6、负责HQ & 子工厂每月资金计划预测及付款合理安排 Responsible for monthly cash flow forecast and cash management of HQ & Sub-Plant. 7、负责中国区各工厂的关联方对账事宜 Responsible for IC reconciliations for MoCh all plants 8、每周南方区资金流预测数据提供。 Preparations of weekly liquidity forecast data of south region. 9、确保财务流程与会计处理符合公司制度以及中国与国外母公司的会计准则 Secure financial procedures and processes are compliant with laws, regulations and company standards as well as HBII statutory financial accounting rules.

10、协助审计师进行年度审计 Coordinate with annual audit.

11、与税务局和银行保持良好的沟通 Well communicate with tax bureau and banks.

12、其他管理层委派的任务 Oher duties assigned by management.

Requirements 任职资格 1、本科及以上会计专业学历。 Bachelor degree or above in Accounting. 2、拥有3-5年或以上制造业财务控制和分析领域经验。 3-5+ years as controller or analyst in manufacturing company is required. 3、熟练使用Excel，并进行数据分析，有ERP使用经验，有用友U8和AS400系统使用经验者优先考虑。 Strong Excel and database skills, Large ERP Software experience, U8 and AS400 system preferred. 4、优秀的分析能力和问题解决能力。 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5、优秀的沟通能力和组织能力。 Strong communication and organizational skills. 6、团队合作与独立工作能力。 Team player and have ability to work independently. 7、良好的英语听说读写能力。 Good English in writing and speaking.
